How long does it take to see results with a Conscious Online Business Coach?
This depends on where you’re at right now, your goals and the amount of work you put in. My minimum coaching agreement is 3 months and all of my clients start seeing results after this time, depending on where they were in their journey prior to the coaching start.
How much does it cost to work with a Conscious Virtual Business Coach?
The cost of a Conscious Online Business Coach can vary depending on their experience, expertise, and coaching model. However, the investment is usually well worth it, as a good coach can help you achieve your goals faster and more effectively than you could on your own.

You need more money in order to afford a coach, but working with a coach is the fastest way to get your business to the next level.
It took me years to invest in 1:1 support. I boostrapped for way too long, attended all the webinars, invested in cookie-cutter online courses and ended up wasting a lot of time.
And when I finally worked with my first coach the investment felt HUGE!
But it also felt SOO good! I finally said ‘YES!’ to myself. Paying that invoice immediately gave me a confidence boost!
Since then, I’m always working with some kind of coach. Whether it is for my inner work, or working on my business, I’ve come to truly understand the value of having a sounding board and someone at your side that has walked on your path before you.

What questions should I ask when hiring a Conscious Business Coach?
When looking for a coach, it’s important that you find someone who is experienced and qualified in both business and personal development.
You want someone who has been around for a while, and has done their inner work, as well as gotten results for clients.
And, I’d be looking for someone whose values are aligned with yours, as is your worldview.
Besides intangibles, the coach you choose to work with should also provide tangible results. Not just her own but also results she’s helped others achieve.
Here are some questions to ask:
- Has this coach helped others get the results YOU want to achieve?
- Who are her other clients? Are they similar to who you are and what you want?
- And what kind of tactics do you see her using in her own business? (and are they aligned with your values?)
- Is her business successful? (however YOU define success)
- Has she been where you are today and can she relate to you?

Common ways to work with a Conscious Online Business Coach
Online Coaches offer different ways of working with them and different levels of access to them. The more access to the coach, the more focus on YOUR business.
Depending on where you’re at, your own personal preference and of course your budget, you will choose the model that most resonates with you. If you love working in a group, then a small group program with intimate connections between participants will work really well for you (have a look at my Marketing Like We’re Human program). But if you are looking for a more personalized approach, then 1-on-1 coaching will align better with your needs.

Online Business Coach for Women Entrepreneurs
In holistic business coaching, we don’t only consider the bottom line and business strategy, but also your worldview, values, beliefs, and personal goals. Together we identify your Passion and your Personal Power, so that you can create a business that’s truly aligned with who you are.

If you’re looking for a conscious online business coach for women, I’d also look for someone who has or has had similar life circumstances as you. In my case I’ve built my business while raising two boys. They were 0 and 3 when I started, and are now grown young men.
I always felt better understood when I worked with other women who also had kids, because your perspective changes when you juggle raising kids and a business. I remember being upset that I couldn’t get as much done as I wanted, because I was also the home maker, care taker and cheerleader for a family. So if you have kids, look for a coach who’s also had or has kids.

It’s a quote that resonates deeply with me.
As Conscious Online Business Coach and a creative person myself, I’m familiar with the appeal of boundless imagination.
We truly need both, the heart and the mind, the right and the left brain.
I’m extremely hard-working, strategic and ambitious. Normal, I’m a Capricorn. I possess a keen sense of strategy and an analytical left brain I speak five languages fluently and plan everything meticulously.

Who is Sarah Santacroce?
Hi there, I’m Sarah Santacroce, your conscious online business coach. I’m based in Switzerland, but I’ve been working with people online for almost 20 years.
I founded my first Online Business in 2007 and have grown up in this Online Business World.
I have followed the evolution of Online Business and I can tell you what’s real, and what’s just false promises.
Over the years I’ve taken countless coaching programs and worked with at least a dozen business coaches.
In 2018 (yes, it took me a while!!) I came to realize that I no longer wanted to follow everyone else’s model – EVEN IF it worked to some extent. Yes, it helped me hit the famous six figures, but it also left me drained and unfulfilled. I was ready to take the risk and give myself permission to do business and marketing my way.
Today I see it as my mission to help heart-centered entrepreneurs like you to be gentle, authentic AND successful in your online business. And therefore not only create sustainability for yourself, but also contribute to make this world a better place by reducing the global level of anxiety and fear.
And yes, I consider myself successful. I can say that in all humility, because I no longer measure success by the number of LinkedIn connections, views or the number of zeros in my revenue. I measure it in impact and the difference I have made over the years with my one-on-one clients, online courses, The Humane Marketing podcast and more recently with the ‘Marketing Like We’re Human‘ and the ‘Selling Like We’re Human‘ books.
When I’ve finally taken off the mask and stopped following all the business guru’s advice, I found joy and ease! And I fell in love with my business all over again! After Marketing Like We’re Human and Selling Like We’re Human, I’m in the process of writing Business Like We’re Human.
Business, and especially entrepreneurial business can really contribute to the change we so desperately need in our world right now.
But in order for that to happen, we need to completely let go of some of our beliefs of how business should look like.
