Understanding Ayurveda can seem overwhelming if you just do a quick Google Search. But fear not! My guest today is Angela Perger and she is simplifying a lot of the concepts that you might have read about so they are easy to understand and apply.
Angela Perger is a certified Ayurvedic chef, Ayurveda health counselor, Yoga teacher and mother of two. She hosts The Simple Ayurveda Podcast where she discusses Ayurveda, motherhood and minimalism. She has a master of science in education and has been practicing Yoga since 2007. She uses Yoga and Ayurveda to thrive despite diagnoses of ulcerative colitis, hypothyroidism and a rare autoimmune liver condition. Her goal is to share these ancient sciences in simple, everyday ways so that you can be your happiest, healthiest self.
In this episode you’ll learn more about understanding ayurveda as well as:
- What Ayurveda is
- The different archetypes that are part of the Ayurveda system
- How imbalances show up for the different archetypes
- The importance of routines and dailly rythms
- And much more!
