The Purpose of Self-Doubt

The Purpose of Self-Doubt

Olivia qualified as a transformational life coach in 2017 after 20 years of personal and spiritual development.

She has a highly practical approach to working with spiritual concepts and a great passion for developing human potential. Her Coaching Philosophy is simply that everything you need is already within you. Even though your life may not look exactly the way you want it to look, everything you need to improve your life, you already have. There’s nothing more you need to add or to achieve.

This means that Olivia recognizes the value of self-doubt and dissatisfaction and she knows how to use these as pathways to create a much richer and more meaningful experience.

She believes that you have a unique contribution to make, which can be discovered by connecting with your inner resource.

And there is no more important time than now to bring this to the world.

We need innovative, creative, and collaborative solutions if our legacy is to provide a world where our next generations can thrive.

Olivia came into this work after she found herself in a soul-less and superficial place in her mid 30’s. After a series of events, she qualified as a Transformational Life Coach and published her first book ‘Your Whole Life Economy – Recognise Your True Value and Improve Your Quality of Life‘.

She is currently writing her 2nd book ‘The Purpose of Self-Doubt‘, which is the result of two and a half years of independent research into this question.

In this episode, you’ll learn about the purpose of self-doubt as well as…

  • Self-doubt and uncertainty given the time we live in right now
  • Self-doubt vs. Imposter syndrome. Are they the same thing?
  • How hesitation is different from procrastination
  • What we can learn from self-doubt
  • Healthy and unhealthy amounts of self-doubt
