Step 2: We chat on Skype (30 minutes)
During this call we have a chance to get to know each other a bit better and I will take this opportunity to find out more about your business and products or services. You can also ask me any questions you have about the process. If we decide to work together this is also when we will both look at our calendars and reserve a full 4 hour block for the ‘Grow Your Biz VIP Day’ in our schedule. Always a Monday.
Step 3: Time to do your homework
You fill out my homework assignment, designed to illuminate where you are now so we can dive into what you should do next and send it to me 48 hours in advance so I have time to prepare for our VIP Day.
Kick-Off Session (45 minutes, 8 am ET, 2 pm CET)
We chat, say hello. We go over any holes I found in the homework assignment as well as what you hope to get out of your ‘Grow Your Biz VIP Day’. We look at your business and systems and I help you see opportunities to grow your business without putting in more hours!
Comprehensive Website Review (45 minutes, 8.45 am ET, 2.45 pm CET)
We will look at your website and go over what’s not working. I will then create an action plan of what you specifically need to improve on your site to make more money, get higher opt-in rates, and create a cohesive, attractive, high-end brand. You will receive the action plan by the end of the day.
Detailed Lead Funnel Review
After your website review, you get a break and I will take 2 hours to review your lead funnel (how people opt-in to your e-mail list) and work on your action plan for your website.
Wrap-Up Champagne Toast (30 minutes, 11.30 am ET, 5.30 pm CET)
We wrap up, go over the action plan together, define your next steps & celebrate our time together!
Step 5: You Get to Work
Now it’s your turn to implement! Update that website, re-do that freebie, improve those e-mails…Get those conversions rolling in.
Step 6: Accountability Call (30 minutes)
1 – 2 months later we get together again and you have a chance to show off your accomplishments, tell me your first success stories and ask me any remaining questions you might have.
