How to market your business with empathy

It represents the 3rd P of the Mandala for Gentle Marketing, and it’s in the P for People module. One of the major differences between the gentle marketing approach and traditional/hype marketing is that we lead with empathy instead of pain. It’s a switch from the negative to the positive.
